RACETRONIX IS MOVING​

Dear valued Racetronix customer,

As Racetronix is moving in December we have a few updates regarding the shipping options.

SHIPPING

Shipping Dates:

Ground orders will be shipped until Dec 19th, 2022

2 Day Shipping will be shipped until Dec 21st, 2022

Next Day Shipping will be shipped until Dec 22nd, 2022

All orders after this date will be shipped in the new year.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to holiday season and the high volume of orders we will not guarantee that your order will arrive on time. Please keep this in mind before placing orders.

We highly recommend to place orders ahead of time.

PICKUP ORDERS
Local pickup orders will be suspended for a short period during our move. We will notify customers about the new locations and when this service will be back.

After 24 years in business, Racetronix is excited to announce a new chapter in our growing success thanks to you, our wonderful customers. Racetronix will be moving to a larger facility starting November 1, 2022. Our new facility will allow us to offer our customers new exciting products by enhancing our engineering, production and warehousing capabilities.

Our goal is to remain operational during the next few months while minimizing impact on our customers. We have made great efforts to enhance our fulfillment team and inventory to help ship orders as quickly as possible which our customers have come to appreciate.

E-MAIL
We kindly ask that ALL questions regarding your order be sent directly to orders@racetronix.com. This includes such things as order changes, cancellations, status, availability/inventory, substitutions, wrong items, shortages, damage or loss. Please be sure to include your full name, order number, phone number and as much detail as possible in your e-mail so we may address your concerns quickly.

Please do not leave phone messages regarding your order because the volume of calls may prevent us from correcting a problem before we intercept the message.

During this time, replies from our sales and support team may be delayed. We encourage customers to use our web site contact form for pre-purchase technical inquiries. Some inquiries may be referred to a Racetronix dealer.

The past few years have been very trying for everybody and despite all the challenges we have faced and continue to face, we continue to move forward together.
