WHY RACETRONIX
FUEL RAILS?

Racetronix LS3 and LS7 Aluminum Fuel Rails are the perfect upgrade for the factory fuel rails where higher flow and/or a full return fuel system with external (front-mount) pressure regulation is required. These rails have a huge 3/4” bore from end to end for unbeatable flow capability and even pressure distribution for the most demanding HP applications upwards of 2,000 horsepower. These fuel rails were designed from the ground up using Racetronix CAD and 3D scanning capabilities to ensure proper injector alignment so that the fuel stream is properly targeted. Extra clearance has been added around the intake mounting bosses. Female -8 AN ORB (o-ring boss) ports on each end eliminate sealing and cracking problems inherent to inferior fuel rails which use NPT pipe thread fittings. An additional female -8 AN ORB port is located on the center / underside of each rail. Two sets of color-matched mounting aluminum brackets are included with the fuel rails. One set of mounting brackets accommodates LS3 and LS7 stock height 38mm injectors. The second set of mounting brackets accommodates LS1 height 65mm injectors. The brackets allow for a wide range of aftermarket high-performance injectors to be used without the need for injector height adapters .Stainless allen-head screws and washers are provided to secure the mounting brackets to the fuel rails and intake.
